Founded in 2000, originally as XPS Services by two former employees of Public Storage, hence the name X-PS.

The company was purchased by the current ownership in 2004 and has completely reinvented itself as a strategic partner to the independent self storage operators. XPS Solution, as we are known today brings nearly every strategic sales and marketing solution your facility will need to compete with the strategy deployed by the largest chains and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT’s) in self storage.

Our goal is to bring scale to your operation which means solutions that drive revenue and lower operating costs for the facility.

What began in 2000 as a quasi-reservation center also providing customer support, has expanded to a web support and full-service marketing company for independent self storage operators.
